Five of our LAU graphic design students have had their work shortlisted at the Taiwan International Student Design Competition in the Visual Design Category. Out of over 20,000 entries from 860 schools and departments in 64 countries/regions, seven posters from LAU students were selected as finalists.

Congratulation to our graphic design students: Chloe Maria El Khoueiri snatched first place for the MBC Youth Award and second place for the Masar Student Print Award, and her peers Jean-Pierre El Hajj and Hana Ghemrawi jointly took second place for the MBC Youth Award.
With the cumulative points they scored, the three students reaped the University of the Year title for LAU.

Proud of our graphic design students Christophe Rechwan, Ghiwa Abi Khalil, Jad Zock and Nouha Moukadem's whose work (6 posters in total) have been selected as part of the Typoday 2020 international exhibition that took place in Jordan.
One of our promising Graphic Design students Ghida Nadar was one of the three winners of the international Design competition, 45 Symbols, for her project “3al Lebnene”.
The new course of “Graphic Design in the Middle East” aims to explain various graphic design works from the Middle East and to examine the evolving design styles and their relationship to economy, technology and pop culture in the Middle East.
For the consecutive fourth year, graphic design students are shortlisted for Dubai Lynx competitions.
In a continuously growing entry numbers in the Integrated Competition, Sarah Abdel Jalil and Amira Imadi were 2 out of 8 talents that were shortlisted from the MENA region.
