Our very own Arwa Seifeddine is a staple in the Fine Arts program, she is one of the longest serving faculty in the DA&D. She joined LAU in 1984, back when it was still called BUC. Other than a remarkable professor, Arwa’s work is continuously featured and displayed in both local and international solo or collective exhibits, dating back to her first solo exhibition held at the UNESCO Palace in Paris in 1988.
Currently, if you wish to see Arwa’s pieces, you can either visit the the permanent public collection of Sursock Museum, or buy her newest book that includes her personal art works with representative paintings from 1981 to 2018 in oil, gouache, and acrylics. The book was preceded by a double event: an exhibit and the book signing that took place on November 2018.
The Arwa Seifeddine book is available starting January 2019 at all Librairie Antoine branches. So what are you waiting for?
