Christie Dawli wins our fashion program a new 3D printer

Congratulations to the Fashion Design program and Christie Dawli for winning the printing Ultimaker competition, and a new 3D printer as a winning prize. Raidy launched this massive competition and many schools were participating.

Christie’s collaboration with Jason Steel was crucial in winning the competition. When asked about the win Christie had this to say: “Although we used my Senior Fashion show designs that included experimenting with creating my very own, and the regions first 3D printed fabric, Jason was crucial in winning the 3D printer for the fashion design program. I hope future students of the LAU fashion program really take advantage of this miraculous technology”.
